This Healthy Vegan Cookie Dough Smoothie is a delicious protein rich breakfast. It tastes so good you will think it’s too unhealthy for first thing in the morning!
This smoothie recipe makes one large portion or two small portions, and will fill you with plenty of energy all morning.
This drink is a great healthy breakfast or snack, it is so thick that you only need a small glass to fill you up. This also makes a great snack or treat later in the day. If it isn't cold enough for your liking you could try pouring it over ice cubes or try blending ice cubes in the mix.
Blending extra ice cubes in also helps make it thicker if that's what you enjoy.
If you struggle to get your daily recommended protein, this is a great recipe, you can also add protein powder to your smoothies. You can use any protein powder you would like, we use a pea protein powder as it contains no soya. You can buy this one on amazon.
