As a vegan different butters can be so difficult to find. Luckily this vegan almond butter is super easy to make!
This almond butter is similar to peanut butter; it has the same texture, thickness but tastes like almonds.
It's great to spread on some bread, on fruit, in baking and so much more.
Check out our bread page here to pick the perfect bread to spread this butter on.
I used this almond butter to make a spiced orange over night oats. This recipe will be up in the next few days so keep an eye out, you will love it!

Please do your own research and there is so much for to find out.
To make this almond butter;
Line a baking tray and place your almonds on, single layer. This helps them cook evenly.
Bake for 4.5 minutes, shake the almonds a little and bake for a further 4.5 minutes. This helps stop the almonds sticking to the tray and burning.
Place the almonds in a food processor with the salt. Blitz until you have a smooth, sticky butter.
My processor didn't do the job so I used a hand blender, this worked much better I found.
Place your butter in a jar and store in the fridge for up to 1 month.
Enjoy however you would like.
I hope you love this as much as I do!
