Ingredients
1 Banana, frozen
⅔ Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Vegan Milk
½ tsp Vanilla
Method
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve

Serves 2 Small Glasses
Iced Latte Macchiato
Ingredients
2 tbsp Instant Coffee
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp Hot Water
1 Banana, frozen
1 Cup Vegan Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
½ Cup Ice Cubes
Method
Mix the coffee, cocoa powder and hot water in a bowl.
In a blender mix the banana, milk and vanilla until smoother.
Put the icecubes in your cup of choice.
Pour the milk and banana mix over the ice cubes.
Pour the coffee mix over the milk.
Stir until combined.
Enjoy.
Spinach & Banana Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 Cup Milk
¾ Cup Spinach
1 Frozen Banana
1 Dessert Spoon Protein Powder (Optional)
3-4 Ice Cubes - If wanting it colder (Optional)
Method
Place the banana, skinless, in the freezer for a few hours or over night
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. I used a hand blender.
Serve

Berry Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 ½ Cups Mixed Berries
1 tbsp Protein Powder (optional)
1-2 tbsp Milk
3-4 Ice Cubes
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blitz until smooth
Add more milk if you would like the mix to be thinner.
Serve

Chocolate Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients
⅓ Cup Rolled Oats + small pinch
1.5 tbsp Cocoa Powder
½ Tin Coconut Milk - Placed in the fridge overnight.
1 Cup Oat Milk
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Agave Nectar
¼ Cup Ice
1-2 tsp grated dark chocolate
Method
Place the coconut milk, oat milk, oats and cocoa powder in a blender. Leave to soak for 10 minutes.
Add the butter and agave nectar.
Blend until almost smooth.
Add the ice and blend until completely smooth.
Pour into a glass, sprinkle the grated chocolate and a pinch of oats over the top

Almond & Berry Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 ½ Cups Almonds (Need soaking the night before)
4 Cups Cold Water
½ tsp Vanilla Essence
½ Cup Blueberries
½ Cup Raspberries
½ Cup Strawberries
½ Cup Grapes
2 tbsp Agave Nectar
Method
Night Before;
Place the almonds in a bowl and cover with the water, leave to soak overnight, until the almonds are soft.
Next Day;
Drain the almonds, saving the water.
Rinse the almonds and place them in a blender.
Add the water the almonds soaked in and the vanilla essence to the blend.
Blend until smooth.
Pour the mix into a muzzie or cheesecloth.
Strain the mix, as much as you can, into a bowl.
Pour the mix, from the bowl, back into the blender.
Add the blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, grapes and agave nectar into the blender.
Blend until smooth

Strawberry & Apple Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients
2 Small Red Apple
12-14 Strawberries
½ Cup Milk
½ tsp Vanilla Essence (Optional)
1 Dessert Spoon Protein Powder (Optional)
3-4 Ice Cubes - Optional
Method
Place all the ingredients, except the ice cubes, into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add the ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
Serve

Simple Kiwi Smoothie
Ingredients
1 Medium Kiwi
½ Banana, Frozen
½ Cup Vegan Milk
Method
Blend all ingredients together.
Serve

¾ Cup Strawberries, Frozen
1 Cup Vegan Milk
Method
Blend all the ingredients together.

Red Grape Juice
Ingredients
1 ¼ Cup Red Grapes
1 Cup Cold Water
Method
Wash your grapes before using them.
Blend the grapes and water together.
Use a sieve to strain the juice and remove all the remaining pieces of skin or large bits of grape.
Serve with ice cubes.

Ingredients
½ Cup Chickpeas
1 Frozen Banana
1-2 tsp Golden Syrup
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Cup Vegan Milk
Method
Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve
Enjoy.
